Tender Details

The Concessionaire's mission will include: - the operation of wastewater collection, transport and treatment facilities so as to ensure continuity of service to users, as well as compliance with the regulations in force regarding system compliance sanitationt discharges,

- management of sewage sludge in accordance with regulations,

- upkeep, monitoring, maintenance, repairs and renewal of equipment,

- renewal of pipes within the limits of the financial envelope defined in Article 77,

- carried it outoperation of the work provided for in this contract,

- keeping the inventory of the tangible and intangible assets of the service up to date, the collection and use of information relating to the operation of the installations and the execution of the service,

- the conduct relations with users of the servicevice and associated customer management, in conjunction with the manager of the public drinking water service,

- the obligation to invoice, collect and recover from subscribers the fee due in return for the service granted, including invoicing on behalf of third parties, in conjunction with the manager ofpublic drinking water service,

- the management of relations with the Community including the regular provision and on request of all information and summaries on the management and technical and financial operation of the service
