CONCESSION OF THE PUBLIC COLLECTIVE SANITATION SERVICE OF THE BOISSY-LE-CUTTE COLLECTION-PURIFICATION BASIN The purpose of this consultation is to entrust to a concessionaire, from January 1, 2027, the management of the public sanitation service collective of SIARCE on the perimeter of the commune of Boissy-le-Cutté. The concessionaire will notably ensure: the collection, transport and treatment of wastewater and rainwater; the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant Boissy-le-Cutté; network monitoring and maintenance; managing relations with subscribers; collection of royalties; assistance to the project owner for the commissioning of the new wastewater treatment plant. The detail of the object is defined in article 1 of the Consultation Regulations (RC) and the scope in article 2 of the RC. The procedure chosen is open: applications and offers are submitted jointly.
