Concession for the supply, installation and maintenance of poster frames on various Thomas More campuses. The chosen concessionaire will receive visibility for its advertising activities within the largest university of applied sciences in Flanders. The concessionaire hangs poster frames at premium locations within Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, thereby reaching a large number of students and employees. The concessionaire is responsible for supplying, installing, maintaining and removing the poster frames (and where necessary to restore the infrastructure after removal). In exchange for the concession right, the concessionaire gives Thomas More financial compensation per frame per calendar year in which the frame is installed on a campus. However, there is no such financial compensation sum of money that must be paid to Thomas More, but is allocated in the form of a budget for booking media space within the media channels offered by the concessionaire.
