concession of the operation service of the Hotel Oromana (C-2026/032) The purpose of this contract is the concession of the operation service of the Oromana Hotel, municipally owned, located in the municipality of Alcalá de Guadaíra, which includes the comprehensive management of the establishment, as well as the execution of the necessary actions of rehabilitation, reform, possible expansion and adaptation of the property for its correct functioning and improvement of category, all in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding technical specifications sheet.
