The Municipality of Pucon requires contracting for a period of 24 months the "CONCESSION FOR THE ExPLOITATION, MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF PARKING LOTS IN THE NATIONAL ASSET FOR PUBLIC USE OF PUCON", through an innovative and technological model. The Concessionaire must pay the Municipality a periodic and variable monthly contribution for said exploitation. In this context, the Concessionaire must implement a parking management system that includes modern technologies, through a digital platform or system that allows the parking payment, as well as real-time monitoring. All of the above, facilitating the optimization of the occupation of public space. The Concessionaire must implement payment alternatives in each area, such as; digital payment system, or other technological means such as Freely downloadable mobile applications, platforms or digital systems, to pay for the actual time your vehicle is parked.
