RF/26/CONCES/1026 - 1 The aim of the concession is to conclude a concession agreement with the City of Brussels for the operation of a class I gaming establishment (casino), within the meaning of Article 29(3) of the Law of 7 May 1999. The concessionaire will are responsible for the operation of the casino. To this end, he must obtain a class A license issued by the Belgian Gaming Commission. The tenderer must therefore also meet the conditions to obtain such a permit. The agreement is concluded under the suspensive condition that the concession holder obtains a class A license from the Gaming Commission (art. 18 of the Royal Decree of 26 June 2002).
