Mooring and unmooring of seagoing vessels 'Antwerp' Piloting seagoing vessels 'Antwerp' Plot 1 “Morting and unmooring of seagoing vessels 'Antwerp'”: Explanation: The object of this concession is to assist in the mooring and unmooring of seagoing vessels in the Netherlands port area (except in the locks). Seagoing vessels rely on this voluntarily or are obliged to do so by law or regulations. In addition to the legislation already in force, tasks and activities carried out in the context of this concession must commence January 1, 2027 to take place under the general conditions as laid down in the mooring and unmooring regulation, which is an integral part of the Port Police Regulations. Every year, approximately 15, 000 seagoing vessels call at the port of Antwerp, before and after locks. Lot 2 “Pilotment of seagoing vessels 'Antwerp'”: Explanation: The object of this concession is the piloting of seagoing vessels, with or without helmsmen, in and behind the locks and between two berths, both in the port area, at the same shore, are located. Seagoing vessels rely on this voluntarily or are obliged to do so by law or regulations.
