As a government, the Concessionaire is responsible for mobility on its territory. This also includes developing the parking policy within the framework of the mobility plan and the implementation of the parking policy. The Concessionaire wishes to entrust a number of aspects of the implementation of the parking policy to a Concessionaire. The purpose of this Concession is to grant the management and operation of the public paying parking infrastructure, the parking infrastructure with a limited parking duration / 'blue zone' regulations, and resident parking with the associated collection of rates or fees and municipal parking cards in accordance with the conditions of the Concession Agreement, on the territory of the municipality of Heusden-Zolder (including the sub-municipalities). Under the municipal parking cards are understood to mean: resident cards, trader cards, cards for healthcare providers and/or medical cards.
