Service concession contract relating to the Berck-sur-Mer casino in accordance with article L.1411-1 and following of the general code of local authorities and the third part of the public procurement code.
Concession on the management and operation of the casino
The perimeter of the concession is circumscribed to the three activity sectors defined in article 1 of the decree of May 14, 2007 regulating games in casinos (games of chance, animation and catering).
Service management is ensured by the dealer at his own risk, in accordance to the rules of the art, in order to ensure the rights of third parties and the quality of service.
It will be up to the future concessionaire to request the necessary authorizations, and their renewals throughout the contract, allowing it to operate the activity of casino and games.
