Description of the service: Concession of the integral kitchen service "on site" of the Escola Bressol Municipal "El Serralet" in Torrelles de Llobregat, which includes, in a coordinated manner and at the concessionaire's risk and chance:- The supply of food and consumables.- The daily preparation of menus suitable for the 0-3 years stage and special diets.- The maintenance and verification of the self-control system based on HACCP and traceability, the cleaning and disinfection of kitchen and pantry spaces and equipment.- The replenishment of the necessary clothing and utensils.- The administrative management of the farm itself (issuance and collection of receipts to families and management of unpaid bills).
