Concession for the design, construction, financing and operation of the Min de Rungis geothermal power plant
Subject: Semmaris Is the Company Responsible for the Management and Development of the Rungis International Market, By Decree NO 65325 of April 27, 1965 As well as by Article 199 of Law NO 2015990 of August 6, 2015 for Growth, Activity and Equality Economic Opportunities. Article 34 of Law NO 2025268 of March 24, 2025 on orientation for food sovereignty and the renewal of generations in agriculture has modified Article 199 of Law NO 2015990 of August 6, 2015 for growth, activity and equal economic opportunities by extending the mission of Semmaris until December 31, 2068. In addition to its skills strictly speaking, its know-how consists of the management of long-term contracts and the exploitation of networks of Heat. The Min network and related areas represent around thirty km and approximately 160 substations. This network was created in 1969 and operated under a 30-year concession. At the end of this concession, Semmaris took over the Network Management. The Min heat network is supplied by an energy recovery unit and a gas boiler room providing emergency backup, which allows the distribution of approximately 167 Gwh (in 2025). This Production Also Supplies 4 Networks In Addition To The Min Heat Network: Adp, Rungis Ville, Sicucv, Sénia Zone. The heat is currently distributed at high and low pressure.
