This notice concerns the award of a public service concession subject to ordinance n 2018-1074 of November 26, 2018 relating to concession contracts for a period of 10 years (120 months). The public service concession mission includes: management of the public drinking water service inThe framework of a service concession from January 1, 2026, - guarantees the equal processing of public service users, - updating the inventory of heritage, - obligation to ensure the continuity of public service and the accountability on the quality of the public service, -Customer management, - support the risks linked to the operation of the service, - Ensure the work to maintain and renew the goods and equipment necessary for the service, - achieve performance objectives. Variants will be taken into account. They will be authorized under the conditionsdefined in the consultation regulations.
