Concession contract for the operation of the public service of collective wastewater treatment Operation of the public service of collective wastewater sanitation for the City of Bapaume. The concession is a public service delegation subject to the provisions of article L. 1411-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities. The Delegate will operate the service at its own risk and will assume responsibility for the proper functioning of the service in accordance with the provisions of the contract and the main principles of public service Estimated total value: Value excluding VAT Basic offer: 5, 200, 000 euros Value excluding VAT Variant 1: 12, 000, 000 euros Operation of the public service of collective wastewater treatment of the City of Bapaume. The concession is a public service delegation subject to the provisions of article L. 1411-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities.
