Concession contract relating to the management and exploitation of the Casino de Fouras-les-Bains in accordance with article L.1411-1 et seq. Of the general code of local authorities and to the decree of May 14, 2007 modified relating to the regulations of the games in the casinos.

The perimeter of the Concession is circumscribed to the three activity sectors defined in article 1 of the decree of May 14, 2007 regulating games in casinos (games of chance, animation and catering).

DSP2025-01

The services entrusted to the delegate include:

• Management of games, restaurants and animation;

• The obligation for the concessionaire to operate the work and its installations in accordance with the regulations in force during the duration of the contract;

• The obligation for the dealer: to carry out the installations, to ensure custody of the installations under Its responsibility, to ensure the surveillance of the installations under its responsibility, to ensure the proper maintenance of the works, equipment and materials necessary for the proper exploitation of the casino (games, animations, catering), the supply of the equipment and materials necessary for the good operating casino;

• The obligation for the concessionaire to contribute to tourism development, and to the cultural and artistic animation of the town;

• The obligation for the concessionaire to organize an attractive animation of the casino by the organization of shows, of concerts, ...
