This contract is a mixed concession contract (works + services) and is qualified as a concession for services (art. 19, §1 Concession Act). Object of these services: Financing, construction and operation of a childcare facility in Lennik (plot 1st Division section E, number 94F) by establishing a building right on land, currently owned by the municipality of Lennik. By granting a real right, the municipality wishes to find a partner who will provide new construction on this land offers at least 50 childcare places and also operates this facility. The facility must be open at least five days a week, for at least eleven hours a day. For this global assignment, which includes both our own financing and... construction that includes the operation of childcare, a building right with a term of thirty (30) years is established. The annual canon is determined on the basis of an official assessment report, taking into account the part actually occupied the plot as shown in the approved quotation from the concessionaire. The canon is indexed annually in accordance with the ABEX index, the starting index of which is the final date for submitting the quotations.
