The City of Bruges is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented operator for the completely renovated cafeteria with associated shooting tower and terrace (environmental construction planned to start in 2027), located in the sports complex and park de Koude Keuken, Zandstraat 284, 8200 Sint-Andries. This location is the beating heart of sporting and recreational leisure activities for young and old in the municipality of Sint-Andries. The cafeteria includes an operating space of +/- 330 m², including entrance hall, taproom with bar, kitchen with space for a cold room (walls provided), two storage rooms, office and sanitary facilities. The cafeteria has a maximum capacity of 80 people (seated). The concessionaire can freely choose his suppliers of the products offered for sale. The sports park includes: een schutterstoren, een grote sporthal (op te splitsen in 3 zalen) voor basket, tennis, handbal, badminton, gymnastiek, minivoetbal, volleybal, etc., outdoor kunstgrasveld, 8 petanquevelden, basketveld, tennisveld, minipitch, Finse piste en (zwem)vijver. In The area surrounding the sports hall will be tackled in 2027. The parking lot will be relocated so that the zone around the building becomes traffic-free. The parking lot will be moved to Zandstraat where the kicking field and beach volleyball court are now located. Only suppliers and service vehicles will still be able to park at the sports hall.
