This Procurement Is Funded By The 2021 Splost And Is For Concept Planning Only -- Not Final Construction Documents Or Full A/e Services. Scope: Site Layout, Conceptual Floor Plans, Exterior Character Elevations, Order-of-magnitude Cost Estimates For Both Phases, And Preparation Of Scope Language For A Future Full A/e Solicitation. Phasing: Phase 1 -- City Hall (~10, 000 Sf), Fire Department (~10, 000 Sf), Fuel Station Phase 2 -- Police Department (~10, 000 Sf) Deliverables Include Campus Site Plan, Building Concept Diagrams, Presentation Graphics, And A Final Presentation To Mayor And Council.
