The subject of the order is the supply of a concentrate of recombinant coagulation factor VIII of at least the second generation to ensure the continuity of treatment of patients with hemophilia A - hereinafter referred to as "coagulation factor", availability categories Rp or Rpz, to direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) or other authorized entity - Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the terms specified in the content of SWZ. 1. Subject of the order is the supply of a concentrate of recombinant coagulation factor VIII of at least the second generation in order to secure the continuity of treatment of patients with hemophilia A - hereinafter referred to as "coagulation factor", with the availability category Rp or Rpz, to those indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) or other authorized entity direct recipients - Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the terms specified in the SWZ content. 2.
