Computing cluster II. The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of technical equipment of the computing cluster. The delivery includes the design and completion of the supplied systems and their functional interconnection according to the requirements of the contracting authority, specified in the tender documentation, their delivery and provision of the required warranty conditions. The subject of the performance of the public contract is determined in more detail in the performance specification (Appendix No. 5 of the procurement documentation) and in the business and payment conditions (Appendix No. 3 of the procurement documentation management).
