Project Name : Strengthening Public Financial Management Program to Enable Service Delivery (SPFMS).
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a. The tenderer should have a minimum years of general experience in the supply or AMC of Oracle Database Software and related services shall be 05(Five) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.b1. Specific experience as Supplier in supply of Oracle Database Software license alongwith related services of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 6.0(Six) crore. Specific experience must be supported by a completion certificate, NOA will not be considered as completion.b2. Experience in Supply, installation, commissioning or maintaining the Oracle Security product of at least 01 (One) organizations within the last 03(Three) years.b3. Ongoing/Completed AMC agreement for Oracle Products at least in 3(Three) organizations, within the last 03(Three) years.b4. Manpower qualification of tenderer1. The tenderer must have a team of a minimum of three (3) Oracle Certified Professionals (OCP) certified at the latest version of the product. The bidder should provide evidence of their qualifications supported with certificates or other relevant documents.2. The tenderer must have experience related to dedicated support team available 24/7 to provide timely support and resolution of issues supported by related documents.3. The bidder must have an OCP Certified project manager who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of the products. c. Other Qualification as stated in TDS.
