Tender Details

The object of the acquisition is the server and infrastructure equipment and accessories needed by HUS's information systems in the data centers, as well as related support, maintenance and other expert services. The equipment to be procured includes both technology-specific ones that technology-independent devices. Procurement is divided into six (6) sub-areas. The sub-areas are: Sub-area 1: All device brands Sub-area 2: Dell Technologies devices Sub-area 3: Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) devices Sub-area 4: Hitachi Vantara -equipment Sub-area 5: F5 equipment Sub-area 6: IBM equipment A maximum of three suppliers are selected for technology-specific sub-areas 2-6, unless there are fewer bidders meeting the suitability requirements or acceptable offers. Selected suppliers are set in the framework arrangement to be established, according to the comparison basis presented in the call for tenders, by sub-area in order of priority. The order of priority and the procurement procedure within the sub-areas are described in more detail in Appendix 2. If technical or for a reason related to the protection of the exclusive right, it is necessary that the equipment to be purchased is something other than the brands of sub-areas 2-6, HUS makes the purchase in sub-area 1. In sub-area 1 such purchases can also be made where the procurement need can be filled with more than one of the characters in sub-areas 2-6. All suppliers selected for sub-areas 2-6 are automatically selected for sub-area 1 as well.
