Procedure criteria: · Price - 100% (total cost including the purchase price and financing costs) Equipment specifications and requirements - in the annexes to the procedure. We do not accept partial offers. We expect attachments in PDF form: - purchase offers, - financing offer, including: 1. Leasing period: 36 months. 2. Repayment schedule. 3. Redemption value after the end of the contract: 1% of the value of the leased item. 4. Own payment up to 20%. 5. The contractor is obliged to indicate: taking out insurance for through the financing party is obligatory, whether it is permissible for the Ordering Party to insure itself, the conditions of the insurance offered by the financing party, including the scope of protection and the amount of the premium, information whether the cost insurance was included in the leasing installments or is it a separate fee. 6. The contractor is obliged to specify all additional fees related to the conclusion and implementation of the leasing contract, in particular: preparation fee, handling fee, administrative fees, registration costs (if applicable), and other costs that may be charged during the term of the contract. 7. In the event of additional fees depending on the use of insurance offered by the financing party, the Contractor is obliged to clearly indicate these dependencies. 8.
