Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:(1) Must submit product's Source and origin certificate, dealer/distributor/re-Seller certificate.(2) Certificate of experience in procuring Computer, printer and Computer accessories at least 50% of the total price quoted by the bidder against a single work order in BREB/PBS/Government/Semi-Government Organizations.Certificate of satisfactory experience in supplying Computer, printer and Computer accessories in a reputable organization. (3) Certified copy of updated trade license, VAT/Turnover Registration Certificate & income tax certificate.(4) Copy of the letter from the Computer Society regarding membership of Bangladesh Computer Society (membership number must be mentioned).(5) Address of the service center for providing after-sales service and CVs and photos of the persons (minimum 02) employed for this purpose (permanent manpower).
