Tender Details

Computer parts supplies 1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer parts, hereinafter referred to as the "assortment". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Chapter XIX of the SWZ. 3. The contractor will provide a warranty for defects in the assortment and warranty for a period of not less than 36 months (in accordance with the Contractor's offer), counting from the date of signing the quantitative delivery acceptance report. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the offered ICT products do not include: 1) ICT products indicated in recommendation referred to in Art. 34(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; 2) ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision in regarding the recognition of the supply as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of July 5, 2018, on the national cybersecurity system; Failure to meet the above requirement will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 17 or point 19 of the Act. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 7. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 8. The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in the offer which parts of the order will entrust the performance to Subcontractors and provide the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 9.
