Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer components, hereinafter referred to as the assortment.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ and Chapter. XIX SWZ.3. The contractor will provide at least 36-month warranty and warranty for the delivered product assortment, counting from the date of signing the quantitative acceptance protocol. The warranty period cannot be shorter than the warranty period.4. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor.5. The Ordering Party will provide indications from the Contractor in the offer for part of the order, the execution of which will be entrusted to Subcontractors, and providing the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known.6. The Ordering Party requests that, together with the offer, a completed and signed description of the offered products be submitted, in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The document is an integral part offer and is not subject to supplementation.
