WestTexas Centers for MHMR (the Center) is requesting competitive proposals computerhardware. All contracts will be subject to approval of the Board of Directors. Allqualified vendors are invited to submit a proposal. Every effort has been madeto notify vendors within the Center-s service area. Vendors responding to thisproposal must be in good standing with the Texas State Comptroller. Inaccordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2161, the Agency encouragesparticipation by Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs). Considerationwill be given to vendors holding a current Department of Information Resources(DIR) contract that covers the scope of this solicitation. Vendors shouldidentify their DIR contract number(s) and provide documentation of activecontract status in their bid response.
