WORK METHODOLOGY • Start and consultation: kick-off meeting, review of inputs and approval of the work plan. • Academic design: formulation of the structure, alignment matrix and evaluation strategy. • Modular design and development: progressive delivery of scripts instructional materials, appropriate content, methodologies, activities, resources and instruments. • Review and adjustment: validation by the VRA-DIE and other bodies designated by it; incorporation of consolidated observations. • Closing: delivery of the academic package final, organized, editable and ready for virtualization. The consulting will be developed in a coordinated manner, with in-person or virtual meetings as required. The consultant must maintain version control and a customer service matrix. observations.
