Troms County c/o the IT department (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) invites tenderers to a written market dialogue for a pending procurement of a computer centre. The procurement is currently in a preparatory phase. Server hardware and viritualisation platform shall be procured across two locations, as well as assistance with the establishment, set-up and configuration of them. See the attached draft of the requirement specifications for further information on the pending procurement. The contracting authority plans to enter into a SSA-K system for the assignment. The Contracting Authority wants the market ́s input on the following: The contracting authority has ambitions to set the highest possible environmental requirements. We would therefore like to map the market's maturity and request input on realistic environmental requirements that can be set. The market's maturity regarding having environmental certification as a qualification requirement. What is to be seen as the expected lifetime of the data centre. Is it normal/necessary to sign a contract for maintenance of this type of equipment? With a view to the requirement specifications; are there points that the contracting authority has overlooked in connection with the preparation of requirement specifications and evaluation criteria? Does the tenderer have other inputs for the requirement specifications that could have an impact on the implementation of the competition?
