Tenders are invited for Computer Basic Skills Course Trainer

Job Summary
The Trainer is to equip trainees with the essential computer skills, including but not limited to:
Operating Systems (windows, MacOS)
Word Processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs)
Spreadsheet Software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Clouds)
Internet Browsing and Email Communication.
Basic troubleshooting and Maintenance.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Designing and delivering a structured Basic Computer Skills curriculum.
Conducting engaging and interactive engaging and interactive lessons that focus on essential computer skills.
Assessing the participants- progress and adapting as required (Pre-Post test and evaluation).
Ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborating with the team for logistics and coordination.
Reporting to the team.
Finalizing the classes based on the program dates.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help participants improve their English language skills for business purposes.

Conditions:
Flexible working hours: depending on the action plan.
Estimated start date: March 2024
