This RFP is to invite interested vendors to submit proposals for a computer assisted coding and abstracting solution for up to 250 beds in one facility in NL as a pilot/proof of concept. This pilot is aiming to code about 1500-1800 full abstracts and have a smaller sample of coded charts based on patients still in bed. It is anticipated to run for 12-20 weeks or until the desired number of abstracts have been coded. While most documents are digital, some are scanned. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
