With the move into the new police center (PZB), the Facility Management business organization will also be reorganized and established. So that this organization can carry out its activities in a legally compliant manner, on time and with the required level of performance, systemic support is required. The client therefore intends to purchase and introduce a Computer Aided Facility Management System (CAFM system). The CAFM system is primarily used to operate the new PZB building to use Niederwangen. Optionally, the CAFM system can be expanded to additional locations of the client (maximum 10 buildings, total main usable area approx. 50, 000 m²).
