1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a computer tomograph to the Complex of Health Care Centers in Cieszyn, along with its arrangement and performance of the necessary adaptation works of the rooms of the CT laboratory.
A detailed description of the requirements that the offered device must meet is contained in Appendix nr 1_1 to SWZ - Technical parameters form.
The scope of works related to the necessary adaptation works of the CT room is included in Appendix No. 1_2 to the SWZ - Scope of studies and works related to the adaptation of rooms for a computer tomograph.
