1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive thermal modernization of a municipal building in Wejherowo in order to significantly reduce energy demand - the building is located at ul. Iwaszkiewicza 27 in Wejherowo.2. The subject of the order includes: 1) insulation of the flat roof, 2) insulation of the external above-ground walls of the building along with the construction of the facade, 3) replacement of all windows with energy-saving PVC windows together with the installation of window or under-window vents, 4) replacement of external doors with energy-saving PVC joinery, 5) replacement of the doors between the apartments and the staircase with energy-saving ones, 6) renovation of chimneys, 7) construction of rain gardens, 8) construction of a full intercom system in the building, 9) renovation of the corridor along with the modernization of the installation electric,
