The subject of the order is a comprehensive thermal modernization of the building, adaptation of Primary School No. 9 at ul. Ksidza Kardynaa Stefana Wyszyskiego 57, dziaka no. 128/6, 139/5, 153/2, 54, 55/7 obrb 00012 Leszno, including renovation of the premises, furniture supplies and land development in accordance with the scope and provisions resulting from this SWZ together with annexes. For the implementation of the project entitled: Comprehensive thermal modernization of the buildings of Primary School No. 9 in Leszno and the Complex of Agricultural and Construction Schools, the City of Leszno received co-financing under the Regional Program European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027. Action 2.1. Supporting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Funding application number FEWP.02.01-IZ.00-0067/24. Scope of work thermal modernization of the building includes, among others: 3.1. comprehensive modernization of the internal central heating installation, 3.2. comprehensive modernization of the internal hot water installation, 3.3. insulation of the building's roof, 3.4. insulation of external walls, 3.5. replacement of external joinery and improving the building's ventilation, 3.6. insulation of external walls, plinths, 3.7. installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery in the gymnasium...
