The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Comprehensive thermal modernization of the common room building in Jaczkow II repeated, including construction and installation works related to improving the energy efficiency of the building, consisting in particular of: 1) insulation of the ceiling under the attic unheated, 2) reconstruction of the heating system, including changing the heating method to an air/water heat pump, powered by a photovoltaic installation, 3) installation of an additional photovoltaic installation, 4) performing the necessary accompanying works, installation connections and carrying out tests, measurements and starting the installed devices, in accordance with the design documentation. 2. Location: The building of the Rural Community Center in Jaczkow is located in plot no. 215, district 0005 Jaczkow. The building in question is a one-story structure, without a basement, with an unused attic, constructed using traditional technology, brick made of aerated concrete blocks.3.
