Technical Scope of Services:
Treatments covering Subterranean Termites (e.g., Coptotermes vastator, Macrotermes gilvus, etc.) and must include:
*Comprehensive inspection (initial + 90-day follow-up)
*Direct and indirect colony nest control
*Perimeter trenching and liquid termiticide application
*Sub-slab chemical injection
*Crack and joint dusting
Treatment Frequency:
*One (1) General Treatment
*Quarterly monitoring and inspection every 3 months for a period of 1 year
Warranty Provision:
2-Year Retreat Warranty: Includes 1 year of quarterly checks + 1 year of waiting warranty. If termites return within the warranty period, retreatment shall be done at no additional cost.
