Comprehensive Telecare Service for Elderly Residents in the Commune of Vitacura The purpose of this tender is to hire a natural or legal person to provide the comprehensive telecare service for people elderly, who reside unaccompanied in the commune of Vitacura, or who are in a situation of permanent or continuous loneliness in order to accompany, assist and support them, providing them with greater security and general well-being. 4 The service includes a period of 48 months, through the supply of a telecare device that guarantees continuous and bidirectional interpersonal communication between the user and the Customer Service Center. Likewise, consider an associated mobile application, which It must be installed on the beneficiary's telephone device when appropriate, thus providing personalized remote socio-health assistance 24 hours a day and 365 days a year; in accordance with what is indicated in these BAE, BT and other requirements, to comply with the stated needs. This service seeks to encourage older people to remain in their homes and support their families when they face difficulties in caring for them, thereby generating an effect of accompaniment and security integrated into their support network, thus contributing to improving their conditions and quality of life. As a reference data, a minimum quantity of 1, 600 devices is considered.
