COMPREHENSIVE TECHNOLOGICAL PLATFORM SERVICE FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF FIELD STAFF HIRED FOR THE NATIONAL CENSUS OF POPULATION AND HOUSING PROJECT (CNPV) The general objective of the consultancy is to hire the services of a solution technology that allows the administrative processes of the field staff of the National Population and Housing Census Project (CNPV) to be managed in a comprehensive, efficient and traceable manner, ensuring the automation of administrative and financial processes associates, the integrity of the information and the timely generation of data for decision making. The specific objectives of the consultancy are: · Raise, analyze and validate the functional and operational requirements of the INE, in order to design and configure the technological platform that will allow managing the administrative processes of the field staff of the National Population and Housing Census Project. · Design and implement a modular, scalable and technological solution. parameterizable that allows managing the administrative processes of field personnel, adapting to institutional requirements. · Automate the administrative and financial processes associated with personnel management, including registration administrative, territorial assignment, contractual formalization, payment management and generation of payrolls. · Guarantee the interoperability of the platform with the personnel recruitment and selection system...
