Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of natural gas to public utility facilities in the Wolbrz commune.2. The description of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order are included in the List and characteristics of collection points constituting Annex No. 3 to this SWZ and the Draft contract constituting Appendix No. 6 to this SWZ.3. The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended). and implementing acts issued on its basis. The delivered item must be compatible with the order from Polish Standards PN-C-04750 Gas fuels Classification, marking and requirements. The Distribution System Operator is responsible for the quality of the subject of the order, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of July 2, 2010 on detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025). r. item 1382).4.
