Comprehensive supply of natural gas including sales and provision of distribution services to the facilities of Wrocław Airport S.A. in 2027
The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E, including the sale of gaseous fuel and the provision of distribution services to the facilities of Wrocław S.A. Airport in 2027.
Comprehensive delivery will be carried out in the period from the beginning of the first gas month in 2027 to the end of the last gas month in 2027, i.e. from 06:00 on January 1, 2027 to 06:00 on January 1, 2028, subject to the possibility of extending the implementation period on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the agreement.
In order to complete the order, the Contractor must have the authorizations required by law to trade in gaseous fuels and be provided with the ability to provide services comprehensive service through the appropriate Distribution System Operator (DSO), in particular on the basis of a valid contract with the DSO enabling deliveries to the Ordering Party's gas consumption points.
The order includes a comprehensive supply of natural gas to gas consumption points (PPG) Ordering Party. As of the date of preparation of the procedure, three PPGs are connected and in use (TP, GA and WAMS), and WAMS point 3 is in the process of being connected and, according to the Ordering Party's assumptions, is to be included in the sale in the first quarter of 2027.
