1. The subject of the order is the supply of gaseous fuel - E - high-methane natural gas GZ-50 along with distribution services for the Lenych i Ekologiczne Complex. St. Morawski in Brynek. Gas will be supplied on the basis of a contract containing provisions sales agreements and agreements for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and be performed on the terms and conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law, the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis.2.
