Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas E (GZ-50) to 12 consumption points used by the Czernichw Commune.2. Natural gas must be supplied in accordance with applicable law, in particular under the conditions specified by the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. 3. The Czernichw commune, as a public administration unit, is exempt from excise duty. The gas will be used for own needs.4. For the purposes of these proceedings, the Ordering Party assumed the expected consumption of natural gas during one year at the level of 956, 491 kWh (with a conversion factor of 11.129 kWh/m3). 5. The Ordering Party's gas installation is connected to the gas network belonging to the Distribution System Operator: Polska Spka Gazownictwa Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Tarnow, ul. Wojciecha Bandrowskiego 16. The current supplier of gas fuel is: myORLEN Sp. z o. o.; 01-248 Warszawa, ul. Jana Kazimierza 3. 6.
