Comprehensive supply of high-methane E-type gas to premises/facilities used by Poczta Polska S.A. 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply (sale and distribution) of high-methane gas type E to premises/facilities used by The Ordering Party in tariff groups from W-1 to W-6 for the needs of the Ordering Party, as the final recipient, up to 656 Gas Intake Points (PPG). 2. High-methane natural gas type E will be used by the Ordering Party only for heating purposes. 3. Detailed description the subject of the order and the rules for implementing the subject of the order are included in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 4. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ.
