Description of the subject of the order 1) The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply, including the sale and provision of distribution services of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E to the Ordering Party's facilities, in accordance with provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43) implemented for the City of Poznań, the Raczyński Library and the Municipal Housing Resources Board, including protected customers. Protected recipients are entities included in whole or in part in the group of recipients in accordance with Art. 62b section 1 point 2 letter b), c) and d) of the Energy Law, in respect of which, pursuant to the provisions of the Act of January 26, 2022 on special solutions for the protection gas fuel customers in connection with the situation on the gas market (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 202), tariffs apply until December 31, 2027. 2) Detailed description of the subject of the order, including: a list of off-take points along with tariff groups, contracted and planned capacities quantities of gas fuel consumption and tariff protection are included in the Specification of gas consumption points in 2027, constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 3)The supplied gas fuel must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and other acts implementing regulations and Polish Standards. 4) A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order is specified in the contract templates constituting Annexes No. 12 - 14 to the SWZ.
