1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity - delivery with distribution service - in the period from July 1, 2026. until December 31, 2027 - up to 17 consumption points (PPE), described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ (List of PPE), with an estimated volume - 440, 050 kWh. 2.The above data is indicative. The amount of electricity was estimated on the basis of historical data on electricity consumption and taking into account the actions taken by the ordering party referred to in art. 37 of the Act of October 7, 2022 on special solutions to protect electricity consumers in 2023 and 2024 in connection with the situation on the electricity market, taking into account electricity generated v Micro-installations and those used by Prosumers (estimated auto-consumption). The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (consumers). consequences, apart from the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed and the transmission services in accordance with the applicable OSD Tariff. The indicated estimated amount of energy is the amount that the ordering party intends to purchase and does not include the energy produced in own and consumed as part of self-consumption or downloaded from the DSO network with the discount applied. 3.
