2. The subject of the order is: 2.1. comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity transmission and distribution services to facilities and devices owned by the Stepnica Commune in accordance with Annex No. 8 from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, which are in the tariff groups: G11, C11o, G11 within the meaning of Art. 3 section 30 and art. 5(3) of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law.2.2. List of facilities and devices referred to in section 1 and the planned electricity consumption are included in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ marked in this color. In the attachment No. 8, all consumption points owned by the Stepnica Commune and its units were indicated, however, some of them are operated by the Stepnick Energy Cooperative, these points are not the subject of this order.2.3. The estimated amount of energy delivered is based on the order of the same type granted in the previous financial year and amounts to C11-4796 kWh, C11o-35895 kWh, G11- 1737 kWh.
