Subject of the order: The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including: distribution service to the ordering party's facilities in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law. 4.1.1. Electricity should be supplied in accordance with the principles specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, items 43, 516, 607, as amended), the Civil Code and the implementing acts issued on their basis, including the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 29, 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 904, as amended). 4.1.2.
