Tender Details

The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity from electricity distribution services for the needs of the Ordering Party. The value of demand for electricity indicated below is an estimate, which does not reflect the actual the declared use of electricity during the duration of the contract and cannot under any circumstances constitute the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. The expected amount of energy delivered during the delivery period may be reduced by 50% or increased by maximum 10% of the amount of energy supplied. Actual settlements will be made based on current indications of measurement and settlement systems for the supply of electricity in accordance with the Contractor's offer, and for the distribution of electricity will be based on fees resulting from the Tariff for Electricity Distribution Services of the local Distribution System Operator.
