Comprehensive supply of electricity in 2027-2028 Comprehensive supply of electricity in 2027-2028 - see LOT-0001 1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive electricity supply, including energy sales electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (hereinafter referred to as: EP) to the Ordering Party's facilities within the scope of a basic (guaranteed) order with option rights quantitative. The quality parameters of electricity are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 919, as amended). 2. The subject of the order includes the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the points of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Toruniu Sp. z o. o. in the years 2027-2028 specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed description the subject of the order, containing the locations and description of electricity collection points along with the contractual power and estimated (projected) consumption in each year of the contract, is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.
