4.1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supervision service over the implementation of works as part of the task titled: Revitalization of the Hrubieszów Cultural Center on the terms specified in the Agreement, the draft of which is Annex No. 2 to SWZ.4.2. Scope of the above investment task includes in particular: 1) Reconstruction and change of use of part of the Cultural Center building: library rooms located on the first floor in the ballet hall in order to create a dance center and adaptation to fire protection conditions. Honors the building of the Cultural Center located at ul. 3-go Maja 7, plot no. 406/8, rdmiecie district.2) Pocket garden at the Hrubieszów Cultural Center on plot no. records 406/8 and 400/16
